The enquiry form on this website collects your name, phone number, preferred clinic, what your enquiry is about, an optional message, and your consent. Nothing else is collected through the form.
Why we collect it
These details are used for one purpose: to contact you about the enquiry you sent and to arrange an appointment if you want one. They are not used for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to what was discussed, then deleted. If you become a patient, your clinical records are kept separately under the record-keeping rules that apply to dental practice.
Sharing
Your details are not sold and are not shared with third parties for their own use. They are stored on our website’s hosting infrastructure and seen only by the clinic team.
Access and deletion
To ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email cdic.pune@gmail.com. We will action the request and confirm by reply.
